Achievements, Incorporated August 4, 2002, currently provides services to more that twenty individuals, has more than fifty employees, and operates six of individual homes.

Kimberly Allen, MSW
President and
Chief Executive Officer
Kimberly Allen is co-owner and co-founder of Achievements, Inc.  She holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Social Work, in which she has practiced since 1990. Kimberly has a strong history in managing community based wavier programs, including case management,
therapy services, residential and day habilitation services, and provider agency oversight/ service coordination while employed with the NM Department of Health Long Term Services Division.

Kimberly also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Achievements, as Chairperson for the Achievements Safety Committee, and as a rights and self-advocacy committee, sponsored by the agency.

Jaime Barron
Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer

Jaime is co-owner and co-founder of Achievements.  She has a strong background in operations and finance. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jaime is responsible for Achievement's Financial Operations, Human Resources,
and Information Technology.

Jaime also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Achievements.

Jonathan Baca
Director

Jonathan has been with Achievements since 2003, and currently holds the position of Director. As Director Jonathan is directly responsible for all agency operations, judgments and decisions affecting the program operations of the Agency.

Jonathan also currently serves as the Chairperson for the Achievements Incident Management
Committee, and the Achievements Human Rights Committee.
